In my final year of studies, I had an opportunity to step into the supplier side of the industry by working with ACE Sport, a well-known jersey and sportswear manufacturer. My role primarily focused on developing products for the ice hockey market. I was involved in every stage of the process, from brainstorming and conceptualizing new ideas, to collaborating with the in-house design team on creating visually appealing and functional pieces. I also worked closely with production teams to ensure the highest quality standards were met, and was responsible for overseeing the final product approval before items were sent out to customers. This hands-on experience gave me valuable insight into the full product lifecycle.
